(1) When deciding a case in accordance with this Act, the court will consider the nature, amount, pain caused to the victim and the economic status of the victim and pay reasonable compensation to the victim from the victim.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), if the court finds that the victim is unable to provide such compensation due to the financial condition of the victim being weak, the court may order that the relevant local level shall bear the amount as it deems appropriate.
(3) According to sub-section (2) the amount according to the order of the court shall be provided to the victim by the concerned local level within sixty days.
(4) If the victim dies before receiving the amount of compensation as per sub-section (1) or (2), such amount shall be provided to his minor sons and daughters, husband and wife if there are no such sons and daughters, and if there are none, his dependent parents.
